Provident Title Services, Inc. was incorporated in December of 1998, when Tod Crawford and Brett Fisher teamed up with Ben Skurdal to form an alliance that would offer yet another option for real estate agents, loan officers and the general public to handle their Title Insurance and Real Estate Closing needs.

Provident Title services all of Minnesota, specializing in the seven county metro area and the counties of Chisago, Isanti, Sherburne and Wright. We have Closers at various locations in the Metro Area and Title Examiners with experience in the Land Development, Residential and Commercial markets. One important advantage that we have to offer is our own in-house abstract company. Independent Abstracting Services, Inc. was incorporated by Tod and Brett in 1986 providing quick and efficient abstracting allowing title companies to complete their exams and commitments swiftly for their clients. This has been a large part of Provident Title's success.
