WHAT WE DO

At Provident Title, we understand that real estate closings and transactions bring together a variety of stakeholders that are interdependent upon each other. It is our mission from the start to align the interests of all involved through superior communication and 24/7 service. Our team understands the needs and requirements of buyers, sellers, real estate agents and lenders, and we work collaboratively to minimize delays to make your closing as smooth as possible.

Managing Attorney

Nathan believes in client-centered service, and understanding and meeting the unique needs of each individual transaction. As the Managing Attorney for Provident Title, Nathan is responsible for the daily operations of the company, and takes a hands-on approach to each closing. He believes that having an attorney available at each step in a transaction provides an invaluable service to real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers.

Prior to joining Provident Title as Managing Attorney, Nathan was an attorney with the Gulf Coast’s premier law firm, Clark Partington, as a member of the firm’s transactional group. Nathan’s practice areas included real estate law, probate law, corporate law, and estate planning. Before moving to the Gulf Coast, Nathan managed and operated a boutique title company in Alabama as the company’s Managing Attorney, and was an Adjunct Instructor for the Honors College at The University of Alabama. Nathan earned his law and undergraduate degrees from The University of Alabama.

Hailing from Alabama, Nathan relocated to South Walton in 2017 and immediately set out to establish a legacy of active community involvement. He served as president of the 2018 Leadership Walton class and as president of the Emerald Coast Real Estate Council until 2019. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce and Westonwood Ranch in Freeport, and is the current President of the Young Professionals of Walton County.

As a former real estate agent, Nathan brings unique perspective to his role in that he has a deep understanding of both sides of the closing process. He enjoys utilizing his 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry to better meet the needs of the local real estate community.
